We heard and see many people say and do the same thing and expect a change. Remember the saying "It's only a fool that runs faster on a wrong road" We sometime are obsess with the same thing that CHANGE becomes so difficult to give a try or accept even when people tell us the obvious.

Our Social, Reglious, Mental and Physical life style has a lot to do with our accepting changes and moving on to a better life.
