INSPIRATION (Giving direction to your day) OLA AINA

NOTHING CAN STOP YOU 2 Read 1 HERE

Text: And I am sure that the King of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand. And I will stretch out my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders... and after that he will let you go.” Ex 3:19-20

Pharaoh was ready to do everything possible to stop the Jews from having their freedom. He had the power and all the machinery to stop their journey into the promise land. As far as Pharaoh was concerned there was no mortal man that would have taken the Jews from his grip. It’s not a secret that there are principalities and powers of darkness of this world that are trying to stop the fulfilment of God’s counsels for your life. There is no need for a prophet for you to know that. The Devil has a major mandate to stop you.

There was no way Moses would have faced Pharaoh in his own strength. God had to specially equip him in his battle against Pharaoh. The only assurance that the devil will not stop us is when we are fully armed with the armour of the Spirit to face every onslaught of the enemy. Ephesians 6:11, 13 says “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all stand.”

The rod of Moses looked so insignificant but it was mighty enough to bring Pharaoh to his knees. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to pull down every stronghold.
We must be armed with the truth of God’s word. The truth of God’s word becomes our shield and buckler. Our hearts must be delicately protected by the breastplate of righteousness. This simply implies that we must be confident about our right standing with God. Putting on the armour is the only way to stop the devil before he stops us. Read the entire account of the armours.

PRAYER:
Lord I receive grace to make the best use of this present phase of my life
