What is water?
Water is a  colorless, transparent, odorless, tasteless liquid that forms the seas, lakes, rivers, and rain and is the basis of the fluids of living organisms. And also the most harmless liquid.

Water has a great therapeutic effect on our body if taken very early in the morning immediately waking up. Water helps in preventing some health condition such as asthma, body pain, headache, cough, urinary tract diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, diabetes, constipation, eye and vision problems, kidney stone, etc. 

BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER ON AN EMPTY STOMACH:
1. Drinking water on empty stomach purifies the internal system.
2. Water helps to clean toxins from you blood which helps in giving you a glowsy skin.
